Free seminars to help Merseyside businesses beat the recession
17.06.2009
Two events will be held, and will be run by Bell Pottinger
North. The first will show how consumer behaviour has changed in
the digital world, and what you have to do to win business in what
we call an "age of reference and distrust".
The second event will focus on the impact on news media in the new
world, and offer tips and techniques on how to work with the
media.
Bell Pottinger North's associate director Richard Clein
said:
"We now live in an age of reference in which peer endorsement is
the most effective form of marketing. We will show how you can
effectively increase your win rate by using your satisfied
customers as an extended sales team.
"With an ever changing media, where news breaks 24/7, our team can
show how you can build a reputation for your business and products
by connecting with the right media in the right way and at the
right time.
"It never ceases to amaze me how many people - whether a
politician or business leader - trip up when the camera is rolling.
This is an opportunity to make sure it never happens to you."
The events will take place at 9.30am on July 15th and 16th at The
Racquet Club in Liverpool. Anyone wanting to attend should email
pdavies@bellpottingernorth.co.uk or telephone 0151 244 5466.
