Bell Pottinger North steps up to the plate
15.10.2009
Footasylum was set up by the co-founders
of JD Sports John Wardle and David Makin in 2006 and now has 18
shops across the UK. The new store on Bold Street opens
this week and on Saturday is putting musicians from the Liverpool
Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) in the shop
window.
Associate Director Richard Clein said: "It's great
when the big brands come knocking and the company was keen to set
up a partnership with the city's young creatives. It made perfect
sense to launch upcoming brands with upcoming
bands.
"In the last few months we have also been working with Waitrose ,
John Lewis, the Health and Safety Laboratory and Wienerberger, the
world's largest brick manufacturer.
