H2O Networks launches new Channel Program
5/19/2010Dark fibre specialist, H2O Networks, an i3 Group company, has today launched a Channel Program to recruit technology partners. The Program is designed to help qualified partners increase revenue as they will be able to benefit from H2O Networks’ low cost infrastructure models.
The Program is split into two tiers. Premier Partner Status is reserved for those partners that will deliver in excess of £5 million of business annually, while Authorised Partner Status requires a reduced financial commitment. At the highest level, Premier Partners will receive additional benefits such as PR Support, special bid pricing and access to a marketing development fund.
H2O Networks has pioneered the use of ready-made ducts including the sewer system to lay fibre optic cable. Known as the FS System, this patented model means that dark fibre networks can be built in a fraction of the time and cost of using traditional road digs. This means that H2O Networks’ partners will be able to deliver cost effective future proof solutions to their customers.
Andrew Carr, sales director, H2O Networks said: “H2O Networks has been delivering low cost infrastructure to businesses and organisations including universities and hospitals across the UK for the last eight years. However, the launch of this Channel Program will mean that we can broaden our reach, and with our partners, offer customers a range of solutions including managed services.
“Managing and reducing costs have never been so important to customers and our low cost infrastructure model has been highly successful and will be even more so with this Partner Program in place.”
H2O Networks’ Channel Program Partners will be able to sell the following benefits to their customers:
• Fixed predictable price with virtually unlimited capacity
• Quality and resilience of service
• High security and scalability
• Enables easier execution of:
• Convergence
• Unified Communications
• Cloud computing
• Virtualisation (apps, desktop, server storage)
• Reduce the adverse environmental impact of implementing large scale wide area networks
• Flexibility to implement future based fibre developments
The Program will be launched in the UK initially, but as H2O Networks has international reach via i3 Group, it is planning to roll out to the countries it has already located to which includes Australia, Ireland, Middle East, South Africa and USA.
