Millbank Edge hosts international franchising seminar

Millbank Edge LLP, a new boutique law firm in Manchester, will host a seminar entitled ‘International Franchising' on 6th May 2010.
The free event is aimed at companies looking to develop their business by expanding overseas. The seminar will be an open forum for attendees to learn the benefits and pitfalls of such a move, explore any tax implications and get expert advice on how to find potential franchise partners.
