First Stretton Showhome from Arley in Coppull

05.09.2011

Arley Homes has launched its third showhome at The Meadows in Coppull after buyers snapped up the first two in record time. No sooner had the developer opened the doors of the elegant Oxford and Prestbury properties, than they were reserved, along with similar style homes on the delightful semi-rural Lancashire development.

Now prospective purchasers are getting the chance to see inside the stunning four-bedroom Stretton - a style Arley has never before opened as a showhome - one of just four properties left at this popular development. At the heart of this detached family home is the large open plan living area and dining space, with French doors allowing direct access to the newly landscaped garden. The ground floor also offers a well designed kitchen along with plenty of storage space. The first floor comprises three bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the second floor is occupied by the master bedroom complete with en-suite.

Carol Pope, sales adviser at The Meadows, said: "We expect The Stretton showhome to be as popular as its predecessors, particularly due to its large open living areas, plenty of storage and four good sized bedrooms. I would encourage anyone in the local area seeking a family home to book a viewing as soon as possible, as I'm confident that a home with such a high quality finish for a reasonable price in a desirable area won't be around for long!"

Only four properties remain at The Meadows with families, young couples and downsizers from across Chorley, Bolton, Wigan all having bought on the development development. All houses at The Meadows have been specially designed to be more energy efficient with roof-mounted solar panels to reduce heating bills, eco friendly taps and cleverly designed windows to minimise heat loss while reflecting heat back into the rooms. Buyers will not only benefit from significantly reduced energy bills, but will also be safe in the knowledge they are going green by producing a smaller carbon footprint.

Arley Homes has established a reputation for building homes in desirable locations. The Meadows is situated in a semi rural setting, allowing buyers to enjoy countryside surroundings without sacrificing easy access to main road links and public transport. The development has no less that 26 primary and secondary schools within a three-mile radius and the local shops only a short distance away.

Chorley itself is known for having a friendly, welcoming atmosphere with local pubs and weekly markets, a public library and acres of land perfect for hill-walking or cycling. The heritage and tradition of the local area has been carefully considered when designing the houses through the use of Tudor boarding, wrought iron railings and cottage style front doors to ensure the houses create a timeless feel in-keeping with the local market town and community.

All properties at The Meadows benefit from off road parking - with a driveway and/or integral garage - and some are now available with mortgages of up to 100 per cent, perfect for those without a deposit. Buyers needing to sell their own home first can also benefit from Arley's speedy part-exchange scheme which promises a valuation on their existing home within four days, meaning purchasers could have an offer within the week.

Prices at The Meadows start from £169,950. Anyone interested in discussing 100 per cent mortgages and part exchange, please contact The Meadows sales advisors Helen Whittle or Carol Pope on 01257 795 240, 10am to 5pm, Thursdays to Mondays.
