Larger footplate for Powell Williams' London team
The London office of national building consultancy Powell
Williams has moved from Mayfair to SoHo. The project management and
property surveying specialist has taken the 4th Floor in
Scottish Widows' 4 Great Marlborough Street W1, close to the famous
Liberty department store.
The move will provide additional space to enable future growth
and provides new meeting facilities for clients. Andrew Marshall,
lead partner for Powell Williams in London, said: "We enjoyed five
years in our Mayfair office but felt the time was right to cross
Regent Street into the unknown ! We are obviously very familiar
with the London office market and considered a number of
possibilities before deciding upon Great Marlborough Street. The
central and vibrant location is ideal for hosting client visits and
the additional space will allow for future expansion of our
team."
Established in 1990, Powell Williams is a building consultancy
with a reputation for providing expert advice to both occupiers and

base includes Aviva, Standard Life, BP Investment Management, ITV,
Boots and F&C Reit.
