Arley unveils prices for The Birches

The first houses are now just weeks away from completion at the popular new Arley Homes development in Chorley. Prices have now been released for The Birches in Charnock Richard, a mixture of three, four and five bedroom detached family homes, and already Arley has secured five off-plan reservations.

The brochure launch comes ahead of the showhome which is scheduled to be ready for viewings by early May. Prices start from £215,000 - for a beautiful three bedroom detached home with garage and garden - up to £385,000 for an incredible 2,065 sq ft, detached house, with five bedrooms, plus a top floor family activity room, four bathrooms and a double garage.

More than 200 people who pre-registered interest in the development have now received their early copy of the brochure which provides detailed site and floor plans, information about the area and photorealistic artist's impressions of the six different house types. Prospective purchasers are also being invited to make an appointment to visit the construction site itself in Charnock Richard to see the homes as they near completion, over the weekend March 26th - 27th.
