Arley Homes launches in
Cheadle with Knightswood
New Cheshire homes released for sale online
Arley Homes is set to launch its new Cheadle Hulme development
online, four months ahead of the first homes opening for viewing in
January. Prices for the 12 properties at Knightswood have been
released on the Arley Homes website and Rightmove after substantial
interest from potential buyers in the central andSouth Manchester
areas.
The gated Knightswood development includes three, four and five
bedroom detached and townhouses properties, ranging in price from
£275,000 to £420,000. More than 200 interested parties have
registered for information and will receive the new Knightswood
brochure hot off the press this next week.
The vast majority of enquiries have come from people in the city
centre and around Manchester's the southern corridor, and the
neighbouring boroughs of Trafford and Stockport, hoping to make the
move to Cheshire.
John Cosgrave, managing director of Arley Homes, said early
conversations with people enquiring about Knightswood had given his
sales team a good indicator of the features that buyers are looking
for. He said: "Since we announced construction had started we have
had more than 200 enquiries through the website and calls to head
office from people asking when we will start to take reservations.
Considering the recent market conditions we feel this is incredibly
encouraging so, although the first homes are not due to be complete
for viewings until January, we decided to launch the development
for sale through the website to allow buyers the chance to reserve
their preferred plots.
"Knightswood is in a particularly desirable spot in Cheshire,
just to the south of Manchester but with easy access to the city
centre and motorways. Its popularity, therefore, appears to be with
families looking for a safe, pleasant community with good schools,
and professionals looking for a prosperous area with shops,
restaurants and easy commuting links. This is similar across much
of southManchesterand Cheadle Hulme offers a particularly desirable
move for people elsewhere in the city.
"What Knightswood also promises, and one of the things buyers
are starting to recognise with Arley developments, is a selection
of attractive, high specification, well-designed homes. As a new
build, these properties will feature modern appliances, better
energy efficiency ratings and provides a blank canvass that a buyer
could move straight into and make their own very quickly. I'm
pleased with the level of interest and am keen to start converting
that into successful sales."
Arranged around a central courtyard area, Knightswood has a
classic, urban feel and with beautifully designed contemporary
kitchens and bathrooms, comfortable living areas and bedrooms.
Situated on Turves Road next to the delightful Maple Park, each
Knightswood home offers off-road parking and a garden. Additional
eco benefits include energy efficient boilers, water saving taps
and toilets and modern insulation which can help to reduce
household bills. Knightswood is also just minutes from the A34,
providing quick access toCheshire, the city centre, the M60 and M56
motorways.
